Kelly Buteyn is the founder of Alphabet Street Hospitality, a consulting studio rooted in systems, storytelling, and soul. With over a decade of experience leading front-of-house teams in Michelin-starred restaurants and boutique hotels, she brings operational clarity and emotional intelligence to every space she enters. Kelly specializes in building service rituals, team culture, and guest experiences that feel effortless—and stay consistent. She believes that hospitality is both art and infrastructure, and her work helps clients align the two with intention.
